  Any one of our classes also can be tailored for businesses interested in expanding the knowledge and skills of their current or incoming staff. Customized training can be provided to employees on-site at L’École Culinaire and designed to address each employer’s specific training needs. Our Presentation Room Restaurant allows us to accommodate lunch or dinner trainings, and our Demonstration Kitchen provides an ideal setting in which to learn, permitting students to observe our skilled faculty at work. The following a list of courses that are currently being offered at the Academy: Interested parties should note that the culinary development programs at L’École Culinaire have not been reviewed by the school’s accreditor, the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), and as such are not considered accredited offerings. Except as otherwise noted, they are offered as professional development or continuing education classes only.
